Join us for a winemakers (assistant really) dinner at Callahan’s Siskiyou Lodge on Friday, March 19th for a 4-course feast, each paired with COWHORN.
FIRST COURSE
Lemon, brie cheese and sun-dried tomato tapenade on crostini
– Spiral 36 (Marsanne, Roussanne and Viognier)
SECOND COURSE
Apple and panko crusted trout with basil beurre blanc sauce; accompanied by our signature Mountain House Salad

THIRD COURSE
Slow Roasted Beef Tenderloin on wilted spinach; finished with bleu cheese crumbles and a balsamic drizzle
– Grenache
FOURTH COURSE
Decadent chocolate cake ala mode with raspberry chambord sauce
